1. 本扩展是做什么的

本扩展是舵手 ERP 的配套工具,仅供已开通舵手 ERP 账号的电商卖家使用。它在用户自己已登录的卖家后台(Temu 卖家中心、跨境卖货、美客多 Global Selling)中,按用户在 ERP 中设置的任务读取店铺经营数据,并同步到用户自己的舵手 ERP 账号;也可以按用户指令把报名、调价等操作提交回卖家后台。用户在 Temu 前台、1688 商品页上主动点击「采集」时,本扩展会把该商品的公开信息保存到 ERP 采集箱。

2. 我们处理哪些数据

  • ERP 账号信息
    具体内容:登录用户名、密码(仅登录时提交,不在本地保存)、登录令牌
    来源:用户输入
    用途:登录舵手 ERP、领取和回传任务
  • 店铺经营数据
    具体内容:商品、SKU、库存、销量、订单、流量、广告、活动报名、核价/调价、结算与账单、发货与入仓计划等
    来源:用户已登录的卖家后台页面和接口
    用途:同步到用户自己的 ERP 账号,用于经营分析和批量操作
  • 商品公开信息
    具体内容:标题、价格、图片、规格、评分、评论数等
    来源:用户主动采集的 Temu / 1688 商品页
    用途:保存到用户自己的 ERP 采集箱
  • 知识产权投诉表单信息
    具体内容:权利人名称、联系人、电话、邮箱、商品链接等
    来源:用户在 ERP 中预先填写的投诉资料
    用途:在 Temu 知识产权投诉页上代用户填写表单
  • 登录状态信息
    具体内容:卖家后台 Cookie 是否存在、过期时间、店铺编号
    来源:浏览器 Cookie(只读,仅限上述卖家后台域名)
    用途:判断登录是否失效、识别当前登录的是哪家店铺,防止数据串店

我们不会:

  • 读取或上传上述网站以外的任何网页内容或浏览记录;
  • 把 Cookie 的值、卖家后台的登录密码上传到 ERP 或任何第三方(日志和诊断信息中只包含 Cookie 名称和店铺编号);
  • 采集与上述功能无关的个人信息。

3. 数据存储在哪里

  • 浏览器本地(chrome.storage):ERP 服务器地址、登录令牌、任务运行状态、本地日志设置。卸载扩展即删除。
  • 舵手 ERP 服务器:店铺经营数据和采集的商品信息,归属用户自己的 ERP 账号,传输全程使用 HTTPS。保存期限和删除方式遵循舵手 ERP 服务协议;用户可在 ERP 中删除数据,或联系我们注销账号并删除全部数据。

4. 数据共享

我们不出售用户数据,也不将数据用于广告、信用评估或与本扩展功能无关的用途。除以下情况外,不与任何第三方共享:

  • 用户本人发起的操作(例如把活动报名提交到 Temu 卖家后台);
  • 法律法规要求的情形。

5. 安全

  • 与 ERP 的通信全部走 HTTPS;
  • 扩展日志默认不输出过程信息,所有日志中的令牌、Cookie、签名等敏感值都会自动打码;
  • 扩展只申请上述卖家后台、商品页和 ERP 域名的访问权限,不申请"所有网站"权限。

6. 用户的权利

用户可随时:停用或卸载本扩展;在 ERP 中查看、导出、删除自己的数据;联系 sggtong@gmail.com 申请注销账号。

7. 政策更新

政策变更时,我们会更新本页面的生效日期;重大变更会在扩展或 ERP 中提示。

1. What the Extension does

The Extension is a companion tool for Duoshou ERP and is intended only for e-commerce sellers who hold a Duoshou ERP account. Inside the seller back-offices the user is already signed in to (Temu Seller Center, Kuajingmaihuo, Mercado Libre Global Selling), it reads store operation data according to tasks the user configures in the ERP and syncs that data to the user's own ERP account. On the user's instruction it can also submit actions such as promotion enrollment or price adjustment back to the seller back-office. When the user clicks "Collect" on a Temu or 1688 product page, the Extension saves that product's public information to the user's ERP collection box.

2. Data we process

  • ERP account
    Details:Username, password (submitted at sign-in only, never stored locally), access tokens
    Source:User input
    Purpose:Sign in to the ERP; claim and report tasks
  • Store operation data
    Details:Products, SKUs, inventory, sales, orders, traffic, ads, promotion enrollment, price review/adjustment, settlements and bills, shipping and inbound plans
    Source:The seller back-office the user is signed in to
    Purpose:Synced to the user's own ERP account for analysis and bulk operations
  • Public product information
    Details:Title, price, images, variants, rating, review count
    Source:Temu / 1688 product pages the user chooses to collect
    Purpose:Saved to the user's own ERP collection box
  • IP complaint form data
    Details:Rights-holder name, contact person, phone, email, product links
    Source:Complaint profile the user filled in the ERP
    Purpose:Fills the Temu IP complaint form on the user's behalf
  • Sign-in status
    Details:Whether seller back-office cookies exist, their expiry, store ID
    Source:Browser cookies (read-only, limited to the seller domains above)
    Purpose:Detect expired sessions and identify which store is signed in, so data is never mixed between stores

We do not:

  • read or upload content or browsing history from any website other than those listed above;
  • upload cookie values or seller back-office passwords to the ERP or any third party (logs and diagnostics contain cookie names and store IDs only);
  • collect personal information unrelated to the functions above.

3. Storage

  • Locally in the browser (chrome.storage): ERP server address, access tokens, task state, log settings. Removed when the Extension is uninstalled.
  • Duoshou ERP servers: store data and collected product information, owned by the user's own ERP account and transmitted over HTTPS only. Retention and deletion follow the Duoshou ERP terms of service; users can delete data in the ERP or contact us to close their account and erase all data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell user data and do not use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or any purpose unrelated to the Extension's function. We do not share it with third parties except:

  • actions the user initiates (e.g. submitting a promotion enrollment to Temu Seller Center);
  • where required by law.

5. Security

  • All communication with the ERP uses HTTPS.
  • Extension logs are quiet by default, and tokens, cookies, signatures and other sensitive values are automatically redacted from all logs.
  • The Extension requests access only to the seller back-offices, product pages and ERP domains above, never to "all websites".

6. Your rights

You may at any time disable or uninstall the Extension, view/export/delete your data in the ERP, or email sggtong@gmail.com to close your account.

7. Changes

We will update the effective date on this page when the policy changes, and notify users in the Extension or the ERP for material changes.
